History:
During his late teens Herman Jaggers used his growing superhuman strength to become a costumed criminal. He called himself the Bullet, but was outraged when the authorities referred to him as the Dwarf. The media adopted this name and eventually Jaggers gave up calling himself the Bullet altogether. This was partly because he was gaining a reputation as a mercenary and no-one knew who the Bullet was. He eventually joined a group of mutant villains led by Rage, and during their campaign of violence the Dwarf killed a policeman. This caused tension in the group and Ace turned him in to the authorities. Dwarf was sentenced to life imprisonment, but was rescued from jail by Rage when he decided to reunite the group to attack Ace and Sight. Rage abandoned the group again following their defeat by the Wildcards, and Dwarf remained with Cain and Vermin as a mercenary.
