Known Superhuman Powers: The Black Queen is a mutant vampire, who feeds on the life force and emotions of others, by draining her victims life force she increases her own, giving her eternal youth (she only looks 24). She can drain the life force from people who are in close proximity to her, although the process is more efficient if she can establish physical contact. The Black Queen finds the experience intensely pleasurable, especially if her victims are in a state of extreme emotion, such as anger, fear or happiness. Prolonged draining will kill the victim.

Personality: The Black Queen is a user. She believes that she is superior to ‘normal’ humans, who have been placed on the planet solely for her enjoyment. She respects only those who have more power than she does. She is jealous of other powerful women, in particular the White Queen.
Personal Interests: The Black Queen enjoys manipulating people. She is also predatory, and established the her Club so that she could pick out potential victims.
History: After learning she was a mutant during World War II, Nicolette continued to take jobs that would put her in the middle of pain and sorrow for it was these emotions that energized her the most. In the early 21st century Nicolette drained the life force of a junkie high on the drug Zen-oxide (Zen for short), and the high she got from this was like nothing she had ever felt before. Nicolette decided to take the small fortune she had amassed over the decades and got into the nightclub business, which she kept well stock with the finest of drugs. Nicolette has several clubs around the world. She caught the eye of the Hellfire Club and was asked to join as a member, since then the little girl from the middle class family from the Midwest has become world famous for her clubs but also has risen to the rank of Black Queen of the Inner Circle.
Recently, the Black Queen introduced the Hellion Damien Morgan to Zen, and fed his addiction to make him dependant on her. While the Zen has now been purged from Morgan’s system, the addiction remains. Whether the Black Queen has finished with the Hellion remains to be seen.
