Personality: Justin is as easily intimiated by Hatchet as he is by his secretary. He tries to retain control and always fails miserably. He is someone who tries hard to achieve personal goals and rarely comes out on top. A series of flukes granted him his most recent position, but his blundering has cost him.

History: Formally in charge of a Mutant Research Facility, Marsden's guards captured several Extremists members who were trying to shut the place down after releasing any captive mutants located in the building.
During the rescue atempt, Marsden oversaw an interogation session in which the hired gun, Hatchet beat up Mavryk for information. Things ultimately went bad for Marsden and after Hatchet retreated from a battle alongside Marsden's guards against the Extremists he warned Marsden of the building's impending doom. Marsden escaped the facility through a series of underground tunnels via a comfortable escape pod/torpedo. The facility was soon after destroyed by The Extremists. Marsden's current wareabouts are unknown.
