strength, speed and agility. Her tough scaly skin provides a measure
of protection from physical injury. Sauraus has claws on her hands
and feet which she uses as weapons.

Personality:
Sauraus is still coming to terms with her transformation,
which has effected her mental state as well as her physical appearance.
She saw her transformation as temporary, and believed she would be
returned to normal by Brainchild when the mission to regenerate the
Savage Land was completed.
Personal Interests: Unknown.
History: Nothing
is known of Sauraus’ life before she appeared with the Savages.
It seems likely that the woman who became Sauraus was one of the survivors
of the attack that devastated the Savage Land. She was then mutated
by Brainchild’s genetic accelerators so that her latent mutant
abilities were activated. Sauraus and the other Savages were then
sent by Brainchild to abduct the Hellion Teryn, so that her powers
could be used to regenerate the Savage Land. The Savages were successful
in their mission, and the land was at least partially restored. However,
the procedure was interrupted and Brainchild was killed. Sauraus’
current whereabouts are unknown, but she is presumably still active
in the Savage Land. |
