Strength Level: By the time of her death, due
to a malnourished state of health and years of perpetual illness,
Tigris was quite weak.
Known Superhuman Powers: As a Feral, Tigris
had enhanced senses, and instinct, and was prone to fits of rage if
provoked. She had acute anthromorphic capabilities, able to shift
into the form of a pure Bengal Tiger, and practically every form in
between both extremes. Unlike most feral anthromorphs, however, Tigris
was able to target and shift specific parts of her body at a time.
In other words, if she wanted to run around in human form, but with
a tiger’s tail and paw pads, she could, and maintain that form
for any length of time without any mental effort.
Abilities/Special Skills: Tigris was one of
those types of kids who had a good singing voice, but not good enough
to make a career out of - despite her dreams and aspirations. She
was good at getting herself into trouble, but terrible at getting
herself out of it. In the end, her greatest strength proved to be
her skill as a mother - an imprint she would, and continues to, leave
on her daughter Cheyenne LeBeau, Kayo, for a lifetime.
Weapons Used: None. Before her capture, Tigris
was a regular civilian, having no need for knowledge about or use
of weapons...besides her claws, of course. |

Personality:
Alexandria DeVeaux, to put it bluntly, was a
brat as a kid. She was a little too spoiled, and let off a little
too easy more times then even she could count. Her status as the only
mutant in her entire family made her a bit of an oddity amongst the
DeVeaux clan - she never really fit into the niche as a result. Even
more extreme was her Ferality - her family was equally unprepared
and incapable of properly handling her fits of Rage. She grew into
a rebellious young woman, who was rarely seen at home, despite her
residence there. She was always off partying, always off exploring.
By her teenage years, she was a hopeless romantic and a big dreamer
- one bent on becoming a musician - determined to “make it big”.
Her years in Coercion were a nightmarish reality shock from which
she was never able to escape. Those years hardened her terribly -
made her very dark, and very angry. A spark of passion she didn’t
previously own outside of the Coercion Confine was lit during those
years, however - her instinct as a Feral Mother kicked in the moment
her daughter Cheyenne was born. That child was her life - her everything.
Lexi protected her fiercely during those years, and loved her profoundly.
That role of mother would eventually spread to the protection of a
small group of the other Coercion children as well - with the aid
of her mate Jamar and a mutant girl named Shay, Lexi was quick to
take Annex, Inferno, Noir, Dante and Creeper under her wing. It was
that personality trait that she is no doubt remembered for the most.
Personal Interests: Tigris loved music and dance
(She was a huge fan of the classic divas - Celine Dion being her definitive
hero). She was a constant daydreamer and a hopeless romantic. She
loved to push people’s buttons, push their limits, and stir
things up.
History: To date, little is known about Alexandria
DeVeuax, beyond her identity as Gambit’s former lover, and as
their child, Cheyenne LeBeau, Kayo’s mother. What can be surmised
is this: At the age of twenty, pregnant with Remy’s child, she
was captured and detained by Coercion. A rebel and vagrant by nature,
it is likely that her family came to grips with the false idea that
she had simply run away. Gambit, hurt by the loss but very much unaware
that Lexi was with child, no doubt figured the same. The fourteen
remaining years of her life were spent imprisoned, and amidst it,
it was she who brought together the small collective of terrified
children who would eventually escape the confines, and become Nexus. |
