Distinguishing Marks: She is never seen without the trademark mask, but is believed to be heavily scared. She also has four star shaped scars running diagnally from her left shoulder to just above her right hip. How she got these scars has not been revealed.
Strength Level: Veil has enhanced strength and can lift/ press up to 5 times her own weight (700lbs).
Known Superhuman Powers: Along side her enhanced strength, Veil also posesses superior agility and incredible stamina.
Veil also has a symbiotic relationship with a small creature that was implanted in her body at some point in her past which gives her body the ability to heal any wound much like Wolverine's healing factor. It makes her body more resiliant to injury and has exponentially slowed down her aging process. The symbiant also prevents Veil from becomming pregnant, as the symbiant destroys any foriegn DNA within her system. This would also prevent her from being poisoned or affected by anything the symbiote regards as threatening into her body.
The scars Veil has upon her body suggests that the symbiant was implanted in her body after they were inflicted, which also could mean that the symbiant was introduced to save her life, or restore her body. At this time, neither theory has been confirmed or denied.

Abilities/Special Skills: Skilled in several martial arts and brawling. She is highly knowledgable in the use of various weaponry incliding fire-arms, swords, knives and explosives. She also has knowledge of computers and computer programming, electronics to repair her mask, teleportation technology and she can drive pretty good too.
Weapons Used: Veil utilises many weapons and has a had access to a large arsenal hidden away in the underground fortress. Knowing that she would no longer have access to the fortress, she stole some of her choice weaponry before being evicted. She favours automatic firearms, throwing knives and a light weighted katana (samurai sword).
Personality: Veil's personality is made up of random actions which bypass the natural thought process. In short, Veil does what she wants with little to no thought of the consequences for the most part. She is pretty much nigh invulnerable so she doesn't have to think about ways to solve problems without getting hurt. She is basically a psychopath with an unpredictable and often humourous edge.
Basically, if you take The Joker, Howling Mad Murdock and Mr Blonde, throw them in a blender and bake the bits up for half an hour, Veil would jump out of your oven.

Personal Interests: Veil likes to annoy the crap out of people, which is something she's terribly good at. She also likes old childrens tv, soapy frogs, rubber chickens, The A-Team, jam, shooting things, Johnny Cash, fighting Deadpool and being Veil.
History: Veil's most recent history starts in an Underground fortress where she wanted to take some time out to recover from her last job. Unfortunately for her, her reputation as a master assassin had become common knowledge over the past few years. Before that, Veil preferred to keep a low profile and hadn't intended to become a known figure.
Her status soon led to a precession of young upcoming assassins who sought her out in order for her to teach them in the ways of the assassin. Veil found this hilarious and used the first several unwanted candidates as target practice. She figured the news of no one returning from their visit would deter further potential victims. It didn't, they kept coming and the rumour of a school for assassins started. Veil soon got bored with them and wrote a no win scenario training program for a very large room that had long been converted into a holographic training facility.
Needless to say that this gave Veil more free time to lounge around and enjoy her reprieve from the assassin trade. She was enjoying the luxury of the fortress far too much. The body count kept rising, and she still couldn't believe that the lambs kept willingly offering themselves to the slaughter. That was until one day when one person, a young girl calling herself Fiona LaTour (AKA Risk) emerged victorious. Shocked, Veil congratulated her and offered her one of her old masks as a prize and told her that she had graduated. Risk has stood by Veil's side ever since and has been hired out on numerous jobs in Veil's stead. A similar tale could be told of Hatchet.
Veil's past history, where she came from and what affect she had on the Marvel Universe prior to her showing up in Extremists has not been revealed.
While not chronicled in any title at Next-X, Veil and her "students" were most recently evicted from the fortress by it's owner. It's not known how Veil stumbled upon this lucrative property, but it is clear that she wasn't supposed to be there. Veil has since fled, abandoning Risk and Hatchet with no news of returning. veil's current wareabouts and activities are unknown.
